Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 18th August, I was told I had invasive ductal carcinoma. On the 20th September, I was having a left breast mastectomy at the age of 42. I know that the speed of my treatment has been amazing and I know I am lucky.
I have found the wait between each stage hard (now I am waiting for lab results of the node removal and mastectomy) and you are constantly thinking what if, what now and what does that mean. The breast cancer now leaflets given to me at the hospital and their website have been great for this very reason, they guide you and support you.
I would like to support #wearitpink2021 for breast cancer now and raise a small donation with the help from friends and family through a small pink themed raffle and charity donation page.
