Story

COSTA RICA RAFFLE RESULTS:

A big thank you to everyone who made it along to our fundraiser cocktail evening on 10 January and to those of you who bought raffle tickets. The evening was a huge success with a packed venue, great atmosphere and potent cocktails. You'll be pleased to hear that with your support we managed to raise over £3,000 last night for The Prince's Trust which puts our fundraising total to date to nearly £8,000.

And now for what you've all been waiting for: the winners of the raffle prizes!

1st prize (luxury holiday to Costa Rica for 2) - Gillian McCartney - well done Gill!!

2nd prize (signed London Irish rugby ball and match tickets) - Michael Lee

3rd prize (signed Harlequins jersey and match tickets) - Edouard Peers de Nieuwburgh

4th prize (Stolichnaya spirit pack) - Lucy Clark

Well done to all our winners and thank you again for all you support.

Paul, Jean, Gina and Matt

THANK YOU FOR VISITING OUR COSTA RICA COAST TO COAST CHALLENGE FUNDRAISING PAGE

Over the course of seven days we will be racing 240km across the Continental Divide and reaching altitudes of 2,400m in the hot and humid temperatures of Costa Rica’s dry season. This challenge will involve at least eight hours of physical activity a day (hiking, on and off road mountain biking, white water rafting and kayaking). For full details of our itinerary please see http://www.princes-trust.org.uk/Main%20Site%20v2/supporters/challenge%20events/Costa%20Rica/costa%20rica%20itinerary.asp (day four looks particularly ‘challenging’!)

For examples of where your donation money will go and the many worthy schemes operated by the Princes Trust, please see http://www.princes-trust.org.uk/Main%20Site%20v2/14-30%20and%20need%20help.asp and follow the various links.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor the team: Prince's Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

All support will be greatly received by the team, the Princes Trust and those whose lives have been changed by the Princes Trust.
Please note:

- donations will not be refundable (even if we fail to complete the Challenge);

- the cost of us participating in the Challenge will be paid by the Prince's Trust out of the donations but these costs will not be more than 50% of the total donations; and

- The Prince’s Trust is a registered charity number 1079675, incorporated by Royal Charter.

Many thanks for your support,

Gina, Matt, Jean and Paul
