Hello Everyone

I hope you are all happy and well.

My friend Nic and I are going to be running the Great Manchester Run ( 10k ) on Sunday 18th May . I will be running in aid of the New Manchester Children's Hospital Appeal which is a fantastic charity. If I could ask you all, yet again, to dig deep and sponser me I would be so grateful.

We are aiming to do this the run in 60 minutes and under  .......
