Story
Too many people spend their last days and hours alone in hospital, with no visitors. The Anne Robson Trust want to ensure no one has to die alone. They help hospitals set up teams of volunteer visitors for patients, and they run an end-of-life helpline. Please help support their vital work providing companionship for people approaching the end of their life, and supporting their family members and loved ones.
It was hard enough for Dad to cope in hospital, even with the visits and love of family and friends, I can't begin to imagine how it feels when you are alone.
I will be donning the lycra to ride 100k at Ride London on Saturday 28th May to fundraise for this wonderful charity which provides dignity, compassion and support for people at this vulnerable stage of their life. I hope you can support me.
