Hello all,

It's time for me to dig deep and get training. Both Laura Hooper and I have signed up to support this wonderful charity that helps and supports people around Wales fight this terrible disease.

We will be climing three mountains, Snowdon, Caer Idris and then Pen y fan, one after the other from 4am in the morning till about 8pm at night.
