The Hospice of St Francis Biggest Loser Challenge 2020 is a weight-loss and fitness Challenge that gives a select group of participants 12-weeks of support and guidance to change their lives, all while supporting their local Hospice.

Story

I am taking part in The Biggest Loser. It’s a 12 week program which involves exercise classes, PT sessions, weekly weigh-ins and being on a strict healthy diet. Those who know me well know that I am uncomfortable with my current weight and desperately want to get back in shape.

I am feeling really positive about this and determined to raise as much money for this amazing cause as I can. I believe that it will really push me to shift it!

The Hospice of St Francis do the most amazing job. On visiting the hospice during my welcome meeting i got a feel for what the wonderful staff there do. I was holding back the tears at times, but it really is a lovely place, the staff work so very hard to ensure that the people in their care are so very well looked after.
