So, I've decided to throw myself out of a plane (with a parachute, so sorry to those of you who wish it wasn't) in memory of the many people who have been helped and looked after in such a tremendous way by Velindre Hospital.

Last year I abseiled Newport's Transporter Bridge and, thanks to the amazingly generous people in my life, raised just over £500 for St David's Foundation Hospice Care.

I appreciate anything you can spare, but I would absolutely love to try to double what I raised last year.
