This year myself and my wife along with JS Coaching Ltd are taking part in tough mudder 2021, this will be a challenge for me as it’s something I’ve never done before therefore I wanted to take on this challenge and raise money for a good cause

This 5k mud run with obstacle course I hoped to do this last year but the pandemic stopped this, but I haven't give up on the hope I can still raise this money and complete the course

So please dig deep and help me raise some money so that the Alzheimer’s society can continue to support those living with dementia to lead a fulfilling life
