I am going to trek the 3 volcanic peaks in Italy!  It starts with Vesuvius, Stromboli  and Etna in Sicily. I think it is going to be quite a challenge, but I am cycling and walking whenever possible to get myself fit!

I have chosen Alzheimer's as it seems that everyone knows someone who has suffered dementia.  Through their many branches, Alzheimer's touch the lives of over 30,000 people every week, providing a wide range of services and support for people with dementia and their carers.  There is a lot of research still to be done and we may all need their support one day!
