Story

Hello & thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Those who know me personally will know that i don't "DO" running (apart from if i'm likely to miss a trains/bus!) so this is something WAY out of my comfort zone. ADDISS is a great charity & I wanted to do something to help support them. I'd be very gratefuly if you could spare some money to help this very worthwhile cause. Every little bit counts towards my target of £200 :)

ADDISS provides information and support to families, adults and children who struggle daily to cope with the burden of having Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. We are trying to raise money to build a national network of support for families all over the country. We currently run a telephone helpline. We offer training to schools and families.
