I lost my daughter Claire on the 25th of April 2023 at the age of 40.

I am left feeling devasted that this disease has taken her away from me.

I keep looking for her to come through the door confirming it has all just been a terrible nightmare.

I have decided to do the Edinburgh Kiltwalk's Mighty Stride (21 miles) on the 17th of September 2023 to raise funds for Diabetes UK to help fight & make a difference.
