This year for my birthday, I would like to do something worthwhile. This organisation is based in Aberdeen and offers free counselling to survivors of sexual harassment, abuse, rape, domestic violence, etc. 

Their services are confidential and free for anybody needing help in Aberdeen, no matter their nationality. 

Even £1, £2 or £3 would be massively appreciated.
