We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Well, I've done the 5km (2010) and 10km (2011), so I thought it only right to step up another gear!! Since I ran the 10km Race for Life in 2011, my cancer was just about in remission but is now back for recurrence number 2. So, despite having a new (still small) tumour tucked away, the docs are not going to cut me open again yet and I have not been told that I can't do this race - so therefore I will. :)

My friend Amanda is running with me and we are both being sponsored by our company Roomservice by Cort, who have been massively supportive.

Granulosa Cell Tumour is a rare ovarian cancer and still needs lots of research into its treatment and management and is why I am raising my game to run this race in October.
