UPDATE:  Finished the race in 1hr 05mins 23 secs.  Not a bad result given how hot it was!  Just looking now to reach my target, so please dig deep and donate for Cancer Research.

I have recently had a number of good friends affected by cancer and it is prevalent in my family. I would really appreciate all possible help for Cancer Research to continue doing their great work in helping to eradicate this horrid disease.
