Jamie and I will be taking part in the 10 km memory walk at Leeds Castle on Sunday 29th September to raise money for The Alzheimer's society. This is an important charity to us as my nana and jamies great nana suffers from dementia. This disease is on the increase and affects over 800,000 people in the uk.
