Working at Bradford City Football Club, the Bradford Burns Unit appeal is something that is close to my heart.

With this in mind, I have decided to take on a charity walk to help raise funds for the Unit.

I plan to walk from Bradford City's ground (Coral Windows Stadium) to Lincoln City's Sincil Bank Stadium ahead of the Bantams match with Lincoln on New Year's Day 2011.

That's over 72 miles.

I am hoping to complete this challenge in 24 hours or less.

Any person kind enough to sponsor me will be helping to fund the Burns Unit, which was set up after the Valley Parade fire disaster in 1985.
