A team of people connected Lincoln House barristers' Chambers will be running, trudging or shuffling 10km as part of the Great Manchester 10km run Business Challenge. 

We are of mixed ability and ages but we all want to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. 

We know that heart problems can affect people of all ages and all levels of fitness. Heart problems can be linked to the stress of work and, as a busy set of barristers, we know the strains that a difficult job can place on the heart. 

We want to get our hearts pumping during the race for this worthy cause but we also want to pull on your heartstrings to persuade you to donate to show support for our efforts.
