In this holy month of Ramadan, we find it within us to become closer to God, to attempt to gain a better understanding of human suffering, seek forgiveness & better ourselves as Muslims.

This ramadan, I will be raising money for Palestine. With just over 50% in unemployment, many of our Palestinian brothers & sisters are struggling to afford food on their plates. They are deprived of food that we take for granted everyday without realising. Palestine need your help. 

Remember that not only does Ramadan provide us with the opportunity to cleanse our past sins, but it is during Ramadan that every act of goodness is multiplied 70 times by Allah SWT.

“Whoever relieves his brother of a hardship from the hardships of this world, Allah shall relieve him of a hardship from the hardships of the Day of Judgement. And whoever makes things easy for a person in difficulty, Allah will ease for him in this world and the Next. Allah is forever aiding a slave so long as he is in the aid of his brother.” – the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
