Just over 3 weeks to go til the big day!! Yikes!! Please dig deep and sponsor us what you can. Thank you x

On February 7th 2010, Lily Mae Jackson was stillborn at 37 weeks. Daughter to our close friends Amy and Ryan and sister to Alfie, Lily Mae was a beautiful, precious little girl taken from this world too soon. She touched so many lives in such a short space of time and will never be forgotten.

Over the last year, Amy and Ryan have been an inspiration to us all, not only with the amazing strength and courage they have shown, but also in their determination to build something positive from their experience by fundraising for Sands. As a lasting legacy, they formed the Lily Mae Foundation and, to date, they have raised over £15,000 and this total continues to rise.

And now it's our turn to do something...

On Sunday May 15th, we will be running the Knowle Fun Run for Sands in Lily's memory. All those that know us will know that our usual run into Knowle normally involves the off license / takeaway collection, however, in 3 weeks time we will be pulling on the trainers and hoping (!) to make it round the 5 mile course without too many casualties!

Please please show your support us by donating to our JustGiving page. 17 babies are stillborn each day in the UK and though raising money for Sands, we can help make a difference.

THANK YOU!!

From Lily's Runners!
