I am here to run an agonizing 26.2 miles on Sunny (hopefully) Sunday 26th April.

I am running to raise money for Maggie's cancer care.  This charity has a personal meaning to me.  My friend Jo sadly passed away 14 months ago.  Jo was an inspiring young woman who was diagnosed with cancer shortly after completing the London Marathon herself. 

When Jo was diagnosed with cancer she turned to Maggie's, a charity that provide emotional, practical and social support through their centers built around the UK.  Maggie's meant a lot to Jo, supporting her through that tough part of her life.  From providing information on alternative treatments and counselling to advice on wigs and nutrition, mostly she was so grateful to their understanding and friendly support.

Please support me to raise as much money as possible for this incredible charity who will go on to help people like Jo.
