Dear Friends,

On March 16th I will be jumping in to my padded pants, saddling up my bike, and cycling around Cuba to raise money for the charity Yes To Life.

Y2L is a fantastic initiative dedicated to helping and caring for people with cancer.

I became briefly involved with Y2L a few years ago, when I was lucky enough to meet and work with Bryony Daly, a young inspiring woman who died of cancer at the all too early age of 23. Bryony was committed to Y2L and its vision of finding affordable accessible alternative cancer treatments in the U.K, and it is with her spirit that I shall be zooming around Cuba with.

Any donation you can make towards this cause is seriously appreciated, no matter how big or small; just the act of doing something is valued.
