I'm am doing the Great South Run, I'm memory of my beautiful Nanny who passed away in October 2012, she suffered from COPD and Heart Failure.  I just wanted to give something back, we all miss her greatly and life is not the same with out her. She was my lovely little Nanny with a heart of gold.
