Again this year we are fundraising for the fantastic charity - MNDA. And again would appreciate all your help! On the 28th of October 2012 we are running the Bupa 'Great South Run' (10 miles) in memory of those we have lost close to us due to MND and for the one's who are still fighting. Anything you could donate would be hugely appreciated as all is going to a fantastic and worthy cause.
