In December 2022 my Dad was diagnosed with pneumococcal Meningitis and lost his life nine days later, aged 57.

I've signed up to the 2023 Lake District Challenge to not only pay tribute to my incredible Dad but to support this amazing charity in the work they do to support families, survivors, and investing in life saving research.

In 2017 my Dad took part in the "BSQ2BSQ" (London to Berkeley) bike ride alongside fellow friends and community members to raise money for charities that mean a lot to the people of Berkeley, including Meningitis Now. It's now my turn to follow in his foot steps and train hard!

I would be so grateful if you could help me to take part in the Lake District Challenge and support Meningitis Now in the life changing work they do!
