We provide wigs to children with cancer to restore their confidence and identity.

Story

Lily-Jean was born with a full head of dark hair, which overtime has turned into the long, thick hair that she has today at 7 years old. When she found out about children who lose their hair due to cancer and other conditions and that her hair could be made into a wig for one of these children, she decided to have her hair cut and raise money for the Little Princess Trust. She wants to raise £550 which is what it costs to turn her hair into a wig!

Lily-Jean will be having her hair cut on Saturday the 2nd of April at Hare & Rabbit salon in Ruddington. The same day she will be at the Ruddington Village Market asking for sponsorship before her hair gets cut.

Of course, you don't need to wait until market day to sponsor her, you can do it anytime right here on this Just Giving fundraising page!

About Little Princess Trust

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise. Please visit us at www.littleprincesses.org.uk to find out how you can help us give young people back what cancer takes away. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.
