Chloe is my world. She is 14 years old and suffers from AT. AT is a heart-breaking condition, affecting muscle control, coordination and balance. AT is also degenerative with a life expectancy of 19-26. She is a wheelchair user, and relies on a gastrostomy button. 

Chloe has a smile that will warm your heart. She is like a sister to me and I would do anything for her, hence I'm throwing my family out of a plane!
