The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Gifts from the public make a huge difference to the care and treatment that The Christie is able to provide to cancer patients and their families. Thanks to donations.

Story

In 2022, LIFT-Financial Group will be supporting The Christie with a series of fundraising events and activities in memory of our extraordinary colleague, Dan Bescoby.

Our colleague, Dan, was far too young to be taken last July. He had his whole life in front of him. He was fit and healthy; a stark reminder that cancer does not discriminate.

In his honour, we are taking on the challenge of the Yorkshire Three Peaks. It will not be easy, we will be treking for approximately 12 hours over 24 miles of rocky terrain, ascending 4,816ft! We will tackle Pen-y-ghent first, then on to Whernside finishing with Ingleborough.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and any donation will be gratefully received.

Love
The LIFT Three Peaks Team x
