It is time to get fit and get on my bike to get ready for the Lon Las Bike Ride in half term. As you are about to decide on whether to sponser me or on how much, think about the daily commute, the rain, the saddle soreness and how much I'm going to hurt. I cycled from Caerphilly to home last night and as soon as I joined the trail, I skidded along on my hands and front and caked myself from head to toe in mud, with two old ladies who were walking their dogs looking on in amusement.

Help me raise as much as possible for Bobath and if I can get enough interest, I will tow a bike trailer with sponsors logos and details on, all the way along the 254 miles.
