Story

Dear family, friends and collegues.

Thank you very much for reading my story. For a long time I was planning to do something in order to support Rising Sun service that works very hard in changing families' lives.

It is shocking how many women and their children experience domestic violence at some point in their lives.  Every single day many women and children live a nightmare life trying to survive and find happiness. Situations like this often leave a long lasting scars that they can only be corrected with therapies.

For that reason, I have decided to run seven half marathons in seven consecutive days starting on 27th of May. Also I will run the same route every day because being in horrendous relationship everyday is the same struggle. I have decided to run half marathon because by picking up the phone and looking for help those families are half way to a new and happy life.

By sponsoring my action you will contribure to someone's dream!

I am also asking for any donations in form of unwanted toys, baby, kids, ladies' clothes and toiletries as those mums come to refuges without any personal belongins.

Without people donating to Rising Sun I would not be here now and what's more important, I would not have lovely people by my side.
