Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. The Library Team will be joining other teams across the University to walk through the Peak District, either on a 23 mile or 37 mile route, taking in the beautiful views of Ringinglow, Longshaw Estate, Hathersage and Bradfield. One half of our team will be trekking on the 28th June, whilst the other will be taking on the challenge on the 27th July. 

In addition to this, we will be hosting our Big Walk Big Quiz on July 18th, a night of quizzing, raffle prizes, and other fun games to play!  Please get in touch if you would like to come along.     

Students are at the heart of what we do so being given the opportunity to do a charity walk through the Peak District to raise funds for Student Scholarships is a wonderful way to spend the day.  In these difficult economic times, giving someone the opportunity to reach Higher Education and fulfil their dreams is so rewarding, and enjoying the beautiful countryside at the same time is an added bonus!
