Liberty Leasing have a team running as part of Team Mountbatten in the APB Southampton on Sunday April 2nd  to  raise money for Mountbatten Hampshire hospice.

Mountbatten Hampshire provides 24/7 free care and support to patients and their families with life limiting illnesses in Southampton and across large parts of Hampshire. They do this through their 21 bed inpatient unit, their outpatient unit and cafe - known as the Hazel Centre and in patients' homes. On average they help 1000 people a day.

£20 - provides fresh, healthy and nutritious meals tailored to patients on the hospice ward for one day.

£50 - provides a personalised physiotherapy appointment and plan,, including use of the rehabilitation gym.

£100 - Provides a course of bereavement sessions for children or adults.

£200 - Gives a patient a day of personal care, helping them to remain in the comfort of their own home.

£250 - Can pay for a qualified Mountbatten Nurse to sit with a dying patient at home during the night.

£350 - Can pay for a 24 hour stay in our inpatient unit
