After the disruption in children's education over the last 18 months there has never been a more important time to support equal opportunity for children to develop their reading skills.

This September, a team from Liberty will be joining other Bookmark trekkers to tackle the UK's 3 toughest peaks to help as many children as possible build the futures they deserve. 

We'll be one of the first hikers of the day to take on Ben Nevis, before tackling Scafell Pike by night. Our final triumph will be Snowdon, aiming to complete the challenge within 24 hours.

It is a shocking statistic that even in a normal year, an average of eight children in a class leave primary school unable to read well.
