Andrea Walker is raising money for Maccabi GB
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My Mum (yes - believe it or not!) and I are going to run (or maybe walk) 5km as part of the Community Fun Run on Sunday 20 May 2012. We are raising funds for the Maccabi GB Challenge Tour.
The Challenge Tour is an amazing, unique and life changing Israel experience for young people with disabilities, special needs and with learning difficulties. I am raising money for this particular charity as they do great work and the tour allows children with all sorts of disabilities to see Israel with people who are going through similar challenges in life. It is a once in a life time opportunity and, for many participants, the first time they will travel to Israel.
I am also participating in the JCC Maccabi Games this summer and you can help me support this as well.
