Story

Well we did it!!

Thank you for all of your support.  We have a few aches and pains but we are so pleased we completed the 13.1 miles. All the money we raised will be vital to the work The Children's Foundation does.

The Children’s Foundation is considered to be the leading children’s healthcare charity in the North East and continues to raise money to fund medical and lifestyle research and also to support a number of innovative community-based projects designed to improve the health and well being of children within our region.

They have recently launched an appeal to enhance the facilities for children at the new Great North Children’s hospital. The new children's hospital will be a fantastic resource, where children with life threatening and life limiting conditions can attend for critical treatment and services.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you!
