Story

*Friday 14th Jan*

O M G - it's here .... tomorrow I have  date with something strong, silver and uncomfortable to sit on. [No not Leigh! My spin bike!]

Wish me luck - send me a message of encouragement between 12.30 and 4.30...  I'll be struggling!

Libby

*Update!*

Due to bad weather  - the spinathon has been postponed this weekend. I'm waiting for confirmation of the new date. Rest assured I will be completing this challenge!

Hi

I'm slightly mad and I'm going to complete a 4 hour spin-a-thon to raise money for a charity that has a strong family connection.

And... now that I've lost 3 and a half stone (at the fantastic BLWLC), it's also a great personal challenge for me. 3 spin classes a week for the last year has helped me get nearer to my personal goal of losing 4 stone. Who knows?  Maybe 4 hours spinning will shift this remaining 7 pounds?

This is the first time I've tapped up friends and colleagues for money, so I hope you can support me and help raise money.

Here's the small print: Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now!  :o)
