As most of you are aware my beautiful boy was diagnosed with this awful disease, and we are desperate to find that cure to change his life! Without the help and support from this charity his way of life would not be pleasant, he takes a lot of medication to keep him well, but until we find a cure he will be on these medicines for life! This medicines are immunosuppressants. Which means he has a very very low immune system, and Oscar will pick up everything that is going around, and it will make him very poorly. They also make him very nauseous, and this doesn't help with getting him to school in the morning, these are nasty drugs, they are not to be messed with! So the sooner he is off them the better! We desperately need this cure to give him his life back! So every penny counts massively! More and more people are being diagnosed and the age of these people are getting younger, Yesterday an 18month old baby was diagnosed, this could be your child, your unborn baby, your brother, your sister. Please let's work together to fight this! 

As a mother watching your only child go through this is nothing but torture, waking up not knowing how that day will unfold, life is uncertain and unpredictable and we know that first hand, Oscar has signed up for this walk also, and fingers crossed his health let's him take part when the day arrives.
