So i am doing the Virgin Sport Hackney Half Marathon with a few friends to raise money for the Royal Brompton and Harefields Hospital Charity. My dad has Interstital Lung disease which is a very serious condition. The Brompton are supporting him for a lung transplant at the Papworth Hospital in Cambridge. 

Dad has had to retire as a result of this condition and, as anyone who knows him will be very much aware, that was not any easy decision!!!!

The staff at the Royal Brompton have been amazing in caring for Dad. We would love to give something back to them and help anyone else who is suffering this condition.

Don't be tight!!!! You've probably all earned a decent whack from him in past... If you are... We'll hunt you down and........
