As some of you may know I am 'lucky' enough to have got a place in the Fred Whitton Challenge on May 11th.  Its a 112 mile cycle ride in the Lake District, taking in all the major climbs, resulting in around 12,500 feet of climbing (or crawling!).  It is reputed to be one of the toughest single day events going.

The event is run to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, so if you would like to donate any amount, it would go to a great cause.
