My 12 Hour Row on the Roof

Liam's Row on the Roof · 15 July 2022
We lost our dear Eileen to breast cancer 20 years ago next March. Eileen was a very unique person, a wonderful Mum, wife, sister, Auntie and a dear friend to many. She continues to have a huge infkyencw on our lives and lives on in the values that she passed on. As a family, we are very proud to ensure that Eileen's wonderful approach to life and people, will be passed on throughout our generations.
Cancer touches all of our llives and I ask if you could offer support to MacMillan, an amazing charity.. Any donation, however small, will be greatly appreciated.and will help many people and their families in dealing with cancer.
On July 16th I will be doing a 12 hour session on a rowing machine on the rooftop terrace of the Varsity Hotel/The Glassworks gym in Cambridge, in memory of Eileen and to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Care.
Thanks to James and the excellent team at The Glassworks Gym and Spa for their support and helping to make this happen.
Thank-you for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe, JustGiving - they'll never sell them or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs.
Please give what you can, and Thank you for reading my story
