The Vietnam Trek involves walking through one of the most beautiful countries in SE Asia for a total of 9 days. Covering the total distance of 85-90Km to raise money for MQ Mental Health Research and improve research to create a brighter tomorrow.

Story

To raise money for world-class Mental Health Research, some Deutsche Bank employees are taking on an incredible 6-day trek through Vietnam, one of the most exciting and beautiful countries in Southeast Asia in November 2022.The total distance covered in this challenge is approx. 90Km total, and it takes place over 6 days of walking. Deutsche Bank and MQ Mental Health Charity of the Year partnership aims to actively invest in the long-term future of mental health and by taking on this challenge you are playing your part in creating a world where mental illness is understood, effectively treated and one day prevented. Your support will enable investment in mental health research projects across the globe and research today, will unlock a brighter future for all. In partnership we can tackle systemic inequalities, revolutionise the workplace and change the face of mental health for generations to come.
