Starting at 5pm on Friday the 8th of April at The Strength Collective in Altrincham Myself, Danny and Dana will be partaking in a 24 hour bike erg. We have all been told many times how crazy we are when it comes to workouts so we thought what better way to prove this than to do a 24 hour bike erg and raise money for this amazing cause. Due to war in the Ukraine and the horrible scenes that have been witnessed, it is only right for us all to come together and help aid the tragedy surrounding the Ukraine and the families involved.
