I am running the Middlesbrough 10k for my chosen Charity Tees Valley Wheelchair Sports Club.

Tees Valley Wheelchair Sports Club is a registered charity that offers participation in wheelchair sports across the Tees Valley and beyond; to young and disabled people irrespective of ability. They focus on Paralympic sport and look to get disabled people into healthy recreational activities. In order to continue their work they need much needed funds to buy more equipment to be able to offer the club to many more people.

My Dad is disabled and all of his friends, so to be able to help them is great for me.
