Story

This year, on October 2nd, Jordan, Lily, Ellie, Natalie, Craig, Matt, James, Sian, Joe, Abbie, Rachael, Steph, Dan, Josh, Holly, Libby, Beth & Issy will be tackling the mammoth that is Mount Snowdon! 1,085 meters of uphill climbing all for an amazing cause.

The Lillian Goodfellow Group of Friends was created by Julie Hayward after the tragic passing of her mother, Lilian Goodfellow in January 1999. Ever since then, Julie Hayward, Debra Wyatt, Jo Hayward and Tina Jacobs have endeavoured to raise money in the name of Lilian Goodfellow for Marie Curie Hospice in Solihull; a wonderful facility that has continued to help people through difficult times.

Over the impressive 21 year span of LGGF they have raised money through many mediums, including Car Washes, Assault Courses, Ladies Days and Nights, Bike rides and the annual Charity Ball. Accumulating in a whopping £500,000 raised in Lillian Goodfellow's name!

This organisation has changed the lives of many people, and seeing the incredible work these ladies have selflessly put in over the past two decades has inspired us to shake off the lockdown lethargy and get moving for charity.

We appreciate as much, or as little, as anyone can spare for an amazing cause and thank you to all in advance.
