the wormwood scrubs pony centre provides riding and equine therapy for children, specialising in those with special needs and physical disabilities.
they have struggled hugely through 'lockdown' and really need funding to continue with the wonderful work they do.

i will be taking part in the Blenheim Palace triathlon on the 11th sept which will involve a 400m swim, 13.2km bike ride, and a 2.9km run.
those who know me will be aware of my own congenital spinal issues, so i might have a cup of tea and a sit down between events... maybe a massage... some cake... but i will finish it.
