So many of us have family or friends that are or have been affected by serious health conditions and diseases.

My Nephew Noah was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in November 2020 and was treated at the Royal Alexandra Children's hospital in Brighton. Charity = Diabetes Uk

Lau and Em are survivors of 'C' and were both treated at the Royal Marsden hospital. Charity = Cancer Research Uk

Mum  was diagnosed with Lupus, a lesser known disease that affects the immune system, 5 years ago and has been treated and supported by a variety of health professionals ever since. Charity = Lupus Uk.

With this is mind, we are banding together and are 'Giving Back' in an attempt to raise some dosh to support that incredible work in some small way. Any pennies in support of these amazing charities would be hugely appreciated and be an additional source of motivation for dragging our bodies around the Tough Mudder course on the 18th September @ Holmbush Estate, Horsham
