I will be taking part in the Lemosho route trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro on February 23rd.

I've decided to take on this challenge to help raise money and awareness for Suicide&Co, in honour of my sister Diva Elizabeth Gibson who sadly passed away in 2020.

We are supporting those bereaved by suicide, because suicide always has company. The most recent figures show that there were a reported 6,507 suicides in the UK, that number multiplies when you think of the family & friends left behind.At Suicide&Co, our aim is to start a conversation about suicide-related grief. We recognise that an end like this, should be the start of many new conversations. We want to raise money to offer counselling grants to those bereaved from suicide.
