Welcome to my Macmillan Fundraising Page.  Every June I help to Organise a Charity Bike ride which typically generates between £4K and £5K for Macmillan.  This year for obvious reasons we have had to cancel; so when Macmillan offered me the opportunity to take part in Ride London as a fundraiser, I think I had sent of the application before I had finished reading their email.

Of course I am hoping to attract as many donations as possible and I would ask you to give whatever you can even if it is only the price of a beer or a cup of coffee.

As I am a Bike mechanic, some people have already donated bikes which I can service and then sell with all the proceeds going to Macmillan.

Later I will be offering Bike Checks and MOTs hopefully to Tie in with Bike Week and Big Bike revivial and will be asking folk to make a donation instead of paying for the check.

I am really looking forward to doing Ride London for the 4th time as much of it (the areas in Surrey for example) I used to ride as a teenager with the now defunct Colnbrook Road Club.
