I'm cycling 100miles (164km) in one day across the hilly boroughs of Greater Manchester on Sunday 30th April as part of the 'Tour De Manc' event to raise money for the BHF and in memory of our Insites Consulting/Join the Dots colleague Andy Cumming who passed away in 2022. 

My training starts in January and I need your support in the form of donations to this page which will go towards our overall BHF charity total target of £20k raised by Insites Consulting by April 2023. 

The next few months will consist of punishing hill climbs, having all the gear and no idea, early morning spin sessions and PLENTY of energy gels.

To put this in perspective, 100miles is the same as riding from Manchester to Coventry. In one day. Probably in about 7 hours. With many more hills!
