In December 2022, ill be running 100 miles in a weekend, and then In April 2023 I'll be running the Newport Marathon & the Great Welsh Marathon with all funds being raised for West Wales Poundies Dog Rescue. Affer recently coming across them, and recently starting volunteering for them, I can see first hand that the work they do is so valuable, with new dogs needing their care almost daily.

As a local rescue, all support for them is that little bit more valued, in caring for, and ultimately rehoming abandoned dogs in West Wales.
