Having spent some time in Nepal, less than nine months ago, I would like to help the people I met there and their families/friends in their time of need. The situation in Nepal is desperate and the vast majority of the predominantly rural, mountainous country is yet to receive any aid or relief. As Nepal is one of the poorest countries in Asia , most of the relief which will eventually arrive will be funded by aid organisations such as the DEC. Therefore anything we can raise will make a significant difference to the lives of Nepalese citizens.

In order to do this I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me, with whatever you can spare, to complete the Hitchin Hard Half Marathon on June 28th. This will be my first ever race and, I guarantee, a challenge for someone with legs as short as mine......
